Miss Ruby, 5 years old, has had 3 trainers before Nathan and my husband was very skeptical and told me not to waste anymore money on her as she was just out of control. We have had 2 visits from Nathan and Ruby has had more walks in 3 weeks than in 3 years! My husband can not believe the change in her - she's a pleasure to take for walks now. Today was a first, we went to a cafe for morning tea and she sat calmly beside us for a good 45 minutes!
